A whole team, hands-on and fluent in AI — in a single day.
A full-day, two-track corporate AI workshop delivered for the Sharjah Business Women Council. 27 attendees, mixed experience, one room — and by the end of the day everyone had built something with AI and left with a personal toolkit to keep using.
A room of business owners. One day to make them capable.
27 business owners and operators, mixed AI experience — some had never opened ChatGPT, others were already power users. The brief was simple: not a lecture, not a slideshow. By 5pm, everyone in the room had to be genuinely capable of using AI in their business — with tools they could keep using the next morning.
Two hands-on tracks. Real output by end of day.
Two hands-on tracks
Track A: free-tool foundations — AI fundamentals for business owners and prompting labs on ChatGPT/Gemini free tiers. Track B: the premium stack shown live — Claude Cowork for real workflows and Lovable for building an app without code.
A team AI-roadmap session
We ran a working session with the room to map what to adopt first and in what order — turning general AI curiosity into a concrete sequence for their businesses.
Everyone left with output
Attendees built things during the session — not just notes. Every person walked away with a takeaway workbook and a personal AI toolkit checklist.
Not just slides — real things, built on the day.
Track B was a live showcase — so instead of talking about what AI can do, we built it in front of the room. A sample of what came together on the day:
A game, built from one prompt
We built a working browser game live — from a single prompt — then dropped it straight into the presentation. Proof that “build something real” isn’t just a promise.
A full event, concept to pitch
We took an event from idea to ready-to-pitch in the room: a full concept, a written proposal, a video ad, and a complete brand book — start to finish.
Company data → a live dashboard
We summarised messy company data into something clear, then built a working dashboard on top of it — live, in front of the room.
A workflow for inbound requests
We designed a workflow that captures the marketing requests arriving by email and routes them — turning a cluttered inbox into a managed queue.
A Shopify store, run by Claude
We connected a live Shopify store to Claude, so it can read and manage the store directly — products, orders, and the busywork around them.
What changed in a single day.
