Email Deliverability

Deliverability is the share of your emails that actually reach the inbox rather than spam or the void. The best email program is worthless if it never gets seen.

What it means

Inbox providers score your sender reputation and decide whether to deliver, junk, or block. It rests on authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, engagement rates, and avoiding spam triggers.

Why it matters

Teams obsess over subject lines while their domain reputation quietly collapses. Authenticate your domain, send to people who actually want it, remove hard bounces and dormant contacts, and warm up new sending domains. Deliverability is the invisible foundation under every open rate, click, and email-driven dirham.
