Meta Ad Fatigue Checker

Export your ads at the ad level with frequency and CTR, drop the CSV in, and we'll score every creative from Fresh to Fatigued and give your account a fatigue score out of 100. The analysis runs in your browser — your file never leaves your device until you choose to save the report.

Works with a standard Meta Ads Manager export at the ad level. We auto-detect ad name, amount spent, impressions, reach, frequency, CTR, CPM, link clicks and 3-second video plays. Rows under 1,000 impressions are marked 'Insufficient data' instead of being given a verdict.

What does the Meta Ad Fatigue Checker do?

The Meta Ad Fatigue Checker scores every creative in a Meta Ads Manager export from Fresh to Fatigued and gives the account a fatigue score out of 100, where higher is healthier. The score is spend-weighted, so a tiring creative carrying 40% of your budget moves it far more than a dead one carrying 2% — and rows under 1,000 impressions are marked 'Insufficient data' rather than given a verdict.

To get the file: in Ads Manager, view your ads at the ad level, add the columns Ad name, Amount spent, Impressions, Reach, Frequency, CTR (link click-through rate), CPM, Link clicks and 3-second video plays, then export the table to CSV. Missing columns are fine — the analysis simply uses fewer signals and says so.

The CSV is parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. Running Google, TikTok or LinkedIn instead? Each platform has its own checker, and the Paid Media Waste Finder covers the wider spend question once you know what is fatiguing.
